I am a "Child of the 80's! And I'm Proud of it!!=) I'm also glad to know that I'm not the only person in the world who feels nostalgic about the wonderful decade of glam rock, Cabbage patch Kids, Garbage Pail Kids, legos and music videos on MTV!!

I want to share some of my favorite things about the 80's. I wish it was still the 80's. I remember coming home from school and talking on the phone with my best friend planning our next sleepover, and listening to Def Leppard, Bon jovi, Poison and warrant tapes. Ah those were the days!! I even had some vinyl records!! I still have them but nothing to play them on anymore!=(

My favorite TV show was "The Dukes of Hazzard" I had the entire Hotwheels collection and a huge crush on Bo Duke!=) I liked Max Headroom better when he was doing the Coke commercials.

I had hours of fun playing Laser Tag with my sister. I made myself dizzy on the sit&spin just so I could do it again! We mangled plenty of Slinky's trying to get it to do things that a Slinky was never meant to do, (Or fighting over it!) I had 2 Cabbage Patch Kids. One with red hair and a Blonde with glasses that was sooo cute! I still have my huge Hotwheels collection and my sticker album. I never did solve that rubix cube though, or the missing link. Remember that one? How about the Pyramid?

I spent hours playing games on my Atari and my Commodore 64 computer. Both state of the art and high tech back then.

I hated new coke, loved Mc Donald's and I miss Burger Chef. (Was that a national fast food chain?)
